The Role: As an Outreach Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, SEMH, or risk of permanent exclusion.

What We Offer: Competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum), flexible working hours, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements: Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups; QTS (QTLS), PGCE or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field; flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
