**Customer Service Representative Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating quotations, and processing customer orders.

A team player who can work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership qualities is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Generate quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and update the quote log to improve conversion rates and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Process sales transactions and manage the order book efficiently.
  • Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence, handling emails, scanning documents, and proofreading.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly and courteously, directing them as appropriate or handling enquiries directly.
  • Assist with pricing management, including customer price lists and contract adjustments.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure excellent service and clear communication.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  3. Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems would be beneficial.

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays.
  • Premises are open Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
