We are looking for an experienced Proposals Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development of proposals for client projects, utilising their technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

About the Role

The Proposals Development Manager will work closely with Business Development Managers to develop control system architectures for client projects. They will interpret client specifications and create tailored solutions with accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the proposal process for client projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop control system architectures.
  • Interpret client specifications and create tailored solutions with accurate cost estimates.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and review tender submissions for compliance and value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years experience within the automation, energy sector.
  • Good experience within Software engineering.
  • Strong commercial acumen, particularly within the tendering and pricing processes.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle processes, from design and implementation to testing, installation, and commissioning.

About the Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. A car allowance and bonus package will be offered.
