Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability in our stores
  • Manage store teams to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability
  • Analyse sales data to inform key business decisions and drive growth
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include holiday allowance, discretionary bonus scheme, staff discount on JD Group and other brands within the organisation, pension scheme, health plans, and personal development opportunities to learn and develop at work.
