Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in London. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to elderly patients in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Diverse Caseload: Utilize evidence-based approaches to treat elderly patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
  • Supervise and Train Physiotherapy Staff: Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational aspects of our Physiotherapy services, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of care.
  • Service Planning and Evaluation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate physiotherapy services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Weekend and On-call Rotations: Participate in weekend shifts and on-call duties, providing 24/7 coverage for our patients.
  • Clinical Governance and Project Management: Contribute to clinical governance initiatives and lead projects to improve patient care and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a physiotherapist, with a strong background in elderly care
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices and techniques
