Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in London. As a Band 7 Physiotherapy Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to elderly patients in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and train a team of physiotherapy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of our Physiotherapy services, ensuring smooth and effective program delivery.
  • Innovative Service Planning and Evaluation: Collaborate with discharge teams to plan and evaluate innovative physiotherapy services that improve patient outcomes.
  • Weekend and On-call Rotations: Participate in weekend shifts and on-call duties, providing 24/7 care to our patients.
  • Clinical Governance and Project Management: Contribute to clinical governance initiatives and lead projects that enhance patient care and quality of life.
About the Role
