Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

London is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our Elderly Care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload of elderly patients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to deliver exceptional care.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and train a team of physiotherapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of our Physiotherapy services, ensuring smooth and effective program delivery.
  • Service Planning and Evaluation: Collaborate with discharge teams to plan and evaluate innovative physiotherapy services that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Weekend and On-call Duties: Participate in weekend shifts and on-call duties, providing 24/7 care to our patients.
  • Clinical Governance and Project Management: Contribute to clinical governance initiatives and lead projects within the Elderly Care team, driving positive change and improvement.
