We are a leading law firm seeking an experienced Lawyer and Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex legal matters, managing cases from start to finish, and training junior lawyers.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer and Trainer to lead our litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues, managing and litigating cases, and mentoring junior lawyers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues to provide informed advice to clients.
- Managing and litigating cases, including drafting court documents, attending court hearings, and communicating with clients.
- Mentoring and training junior lawyers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in law and legislation to ensure that our services remain cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in litigation, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex cases and delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in law and legislation.
