We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Assistant to join our team at Boots St Helens, Church Street store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during the busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process online customer boots.com orders to a high standard using a handheld device.
  • Prepare online customer boots.com orders for customers to collect from store or home delivery.
  • Obtain the relevant information and locate the required stock from the stockroom and salesfloor to pack and dispatch online orders.
  • Support the store's daily operational activities including stocking shelves and general housekeeping.
