Compliance Manager Position

This role is responsible for overseeing product safety and compliance for the UK division by executing tasks necessary to ensure products manufactured and sold in the UK and EU meet all applicable compliance requirements.
The key objective of this position is to ensure that all aspects of operations, sales, and marketing align with regulations, directives, and company policies.
About the RoleWe are seeking a well-established leading manufacturing company in Lancashire for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for requesting testing, validating and filing compliance documentation, creating technical files, meeting specific requirements for customers, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures in line with UK regulations and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Sourcing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and/or Product Safety and Compliance teams.
A strong understanding of UK and EU furniture regulations, as well as product safety and compliance principles, is essential for success in this role.
