Job Title: HR Advisor/Professional Development Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader to join our team at Sandwell Council. As an HR Advisor/Professional Development Advisor, you will play a vital role in enabling the transition of Sandwell Council towards excellence.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a blend of 3 key areas: HR business partnering, Learning and OD business partnering, and HR case work within our consultancy team. You will be responsible for developing learning and development interventions, driving delivery of EDI workforce action plan priorities, managing restructure and organisational change for a service directorate, supporting workforce planning through pay and job benchmarking and recommendations, and much more.
