HR Business Partner Opportunity at Niyaa People Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving business success through effective HR strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Manage employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Support the development of HR software and systems
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification
  • Mental health practitioner certification
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
