Job Title: HR Business Partner

Join our team as an HR Business Partner and play a critical role in working closely with management and employees to provide comprehensive HR support and deliver a value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with overall business requirements
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement organisational strategies
  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Employee Relations
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations where required
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Compliance and Policy Management
  • Talent Management
  • Drive initiatives to establish and retain talent within the organisation
  • Collaborate with managers to understand future resourcing needs and provide strategic solutions
  • Change Management
  • Performance Management
  • Support the performance appraisal process
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights
  • Use data to help predict and diagnose organisational issues and develop solutions
  • Partner with the compensation and benefits team
  • Provide guidance on pay and other remuneration issues
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualified, with at least two years of experience in a similar role, one year of which operating as a business partner (or similar)
  • Proven strong business acumen
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, on your own initiative, whilst also being a strong team player
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, leadership, and employees
  • Well organised with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills, with proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools
  • Proactive and strategic thinking
