HR Business Partner Opportunity at Niyaa People Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd, a growing recruitment consultancy based in Birmingham City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all aspects of HR, providing insights and guidance on HR-related matters
  • Monitor and review HR policies and processes, implementing changes to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Coach managers on policies and procedures through procedure training
  • Advise line managers and staff on best practices, policies, procedures, and new legislation
  • Conduct disciplinary investigations with thorough documentation and diplomatic handling
Employee Relations:
  • Custodian of our employee wellbeing culture
  • Responsible for employee engagement
  • Yearly internal company engagement surveys
Ad Hoc Duties:
  • Event Management for internal and external events
  • Diary Management of staff appraisals
  • Creation and implementation of new HR Software
  • Creation and implementation of Net Promoter Score
  • Involvement in bespoke projects: Investors in People | ISO9001 | B-Corp
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7
  • Mental health practitioner
