We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Partner Platform team at Tripadvisor. In this role, you will help hotels and restaurants leverage our marketplace to drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate is strategic, user-centric, and passionate about solving customer problems. You have a strong background in product management and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision for how we engage with hoteliers and restaurateurs, building a roadmap, and leading a team to deliver delightful experiences to our users.

You will work closely with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to define, build, and launch tests, internalize learnings, and iterate to find and roll out wins.

This is a remote position in the United States with a preference for east coast locations or based in the UK near our London or Oxford offices.

About the Role
  • Develop requirements and specifications informed by product strategy, competitive positioning, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and unique insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning features from conception through launch to maturity and support.
  • Embrace hypothesis testing methodology and work with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to define, build, and launch tests, internalize learnings, and iterate to find and roll out wins.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of consumer product management experience, preferably with a quantitative educational background like EE, CS, Econ, or an MBA.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with ability to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
  • Strong user-centricity and creative skills, with ability to dive into complex design tradeoffs and evolve creative ways to unlock user value.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This compensation range may be modified in the future. We strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates.
