About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading publisher, managing the production of digital and print content across various sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the content production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient content production workflows to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage content through the production process, focusing on quality assurance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Select, brief, and oversee the work of external editorial freelancers and packagers, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in content production processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.About You

    We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in content production management. You should have a strong understanding of digital and print media production processes and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Proven experience in content production management, including copy-editing, proofreading, and briefing digital components.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
    Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a discretionary annual bonus. We also provide a 25-day holiday entitlement, rising with service, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (3 days). Our hybrid working policy allows for a minimum of 2 days per week in our Oxford office.
