Product Growth Manager

Bókun is a fast-growing reservation system for the tours and activities industry, backed by a large, stable, publicly traded company in Tripadvisor.
About the Role:
- Manage a designated pipeline and make outbound calls to our prospects and current customers
- Understand the customer's needs and highlight the features in Bókun that will assist them
- Demonstrate the Bokun product over the phone and through webinars to individuals and groups of customers
- Build rapport with customers to drive engagement, overcome objections, and win them over
- Achieve and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue, conversion number of new customers, and other related KPIs
About You:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales, new customer acquisition, and business development
- Prior SaaS sales experience would be a benefit
- Spanish or other European languages would be a benefit
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experienced in building effective client relationships through positive communication, honesty, and trust
- Demonstrated sales aptitude (negotiation & closing) with relentlessly high standards
- Commercial awareness in spotting the biggest opportunities and prioritising them
- Not intimidated by technical interaction, co-browsing with customers online
- Target-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision
- Territory and pipeline management experience using a CRM (Salesforce)
- Coachability, openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvement
