Oxford UK, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom Intelligent People Full time

B2B Product Manager / Payments Product Manager needed by leading provider of software to the leisure sector.

The B2B Product Manager / Payments Product Manager will take ownership of the payments platform, which is not only one of the most profitable products but also one with high growth potential.

Hybrid - South Oxford

£70K salary + Benefits

The B2B Product Manager / Payments Product Manager is a highly commercial role and will involve negotiating with payments providers and gateways as well as building business cases and weighing up what is best for the business, their customers and the end consumer.

Our Client helps privately run and public sector leisure centres and gyms to manage their customers; as part of that they provide white label mobile apps as well as payment solutions across direct debit, fixed and mobile eCommerce payments ie an ongoing direct debit for gym membership, or a one off payment to visit a swimming pool.

It is paramount to make it as easy as possible for the end consumer to make a payment, whilst understanding that different gateways have different tariffs so the B2B Product Manager / Payments Product Manager needs to be able to fully understand the implications of introducing a new payment method, such as ApplePay.

The B2B Product Manager / Payments Product Manager must have a commercial background, understand how to build business cases and be comfortable managing and negotiating with 3rd parties.

If the B2B Product Manager / Payments Product Manager has an understanding of payments or the F/S ecosystem it would be advantageous but is not a prerequisitie.
