Job Title: Data Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support and organizational assistance to the EMEA Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support to the EMEA HR Team.
  • Conduct research and participate in special projects to support the development of reports and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with the business and HR team on ad-hoc HR data requirements or analysis.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data validation.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking and proactive outlook.
