We are working with a leading chartered practice that provides true financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients. Due to increasing demands, they require an experienced financial planning administrator to join their highly performing and well-regarded team.



Job Summary


This role involves providing support to a team of financial planners, mainly to private clients. The successful candidate will help prepare valuation reports, maintain internal databases, process new business, and deal with both internal and client queries.



Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare valuation reports and other documentation
  • Maintain internal databases and data management systems
  • Process new business and manage workflow
  • Deal with internal and client queries
  • Navigate and transact on financial providers' websites


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you must have a good understanding of the market and compliance requirements, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. You will also be responsible for maximizing profitability and staying up-to-date with industry developments.



Desirable Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have experience working in a financial planning team, providing support to advisers in similar duties. They will also have excellent systems and IT knowledge, including experience with various platforms. Progress towards exams is desirable but not essential.
