Cantello Tayler Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join their client based near Egham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient and timely payroll service.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues. This is an office-based role and full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an accurate, efficient and timely payroll service
  • Understand each client's requirements and expectations
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Ensure that payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the team
  • Lead and support the payroll team
  • Deliver excellent client service
  • Continue to develop the growth of the department
  • In-depth technical knowledge of UK PAYE legislation
  • Experience of payroll processing, preferably in a multi-client environment
Requirements:
  • Previous Payroll Management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
