Job Title: Payroll Manager Specialist

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join their client based near Egham. This office-based, full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient, and timely payroll service. This includes understanding each client's requirements and expectations, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and ensuring payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation. Additionally, they will oversee the daily workflow of the team, lead and support the payroll team, and deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an accurate, efficient, and timely payroll service
  • Understand each client's requirements and expectations
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Ensure that payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the team
  • Lead and support the payroll team
  • Deliver excellent client service


Requirements:
  • Previous payroll management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
  • Organised

  • Loyal
  • MUST be a driver due to location


This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
