Key Responsibilities
  1. To assess the child's nursing needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care, aiming to prevent hospital admissions and reduce the length of hospital stay.
  2. To carry out initial and ongoing assessments for a defined caseload of children and young people with complex healthcare needs and conditions.
  3. To coordinate the workload as part of a skilled team, providing a quality-based nursing service for children, young people, and their families.
  4. To ensure the child and family are at the heart of everything we do, ensuring patient experience is the best it can be.
Requirements
  • RN (child) or RSCN qualification.
  • ENB997/8 or SLIP teaching and assessing qualification or actively working towards.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £43,141 per annum.
