About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mental Health Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and managing teams effectively.
Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. They will work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct risk assessments and make decisions about patient safety
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong background in mental health nursingExperience of working in a leadership roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsSalary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £51,039 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, pension scheme, and annual leave.
