As a Consultant Psychiatrist with a proven track record of working in inpatient settings, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients. Your expertise in medication management, quality assurance, and complaints handling will be invaluable in driving the success of our service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards
  • Delivering NICE guidance and ensuring the highest standards of care
  • Participating in the On Call Consultant rota and providing 24/7 support to our patients

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Medically qualified, MRC Psych or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health
