Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Recruit Health Experts Ltd. This is a full-time role covering the South of England, including Ashford, Epsom, and London.

In this position, you will lead a team of OH Technicians and sign off their work. You will deliver and support the company wellbeing strategy, referring employees to the EAP, Physiotherapy, and HR Case management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Health Surveillance programme.
  • Provide advice on all health and wellbeing matters.
  • Support Lead OHA in development of policies and procedures.
  • Management of own workload and that of the OH Technicians.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure OH delivers to business needs.
  • Case management could be part of the role in 2025/26.

Essential Skills:
  • Registration with NMC Part 3.
  • SCPHN(OH)
  • HAVS Tier 3 qualification.
  • Case Management experience.
  • Health Surveillance experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Use of the Orchid Occupational Health system is desirable.
