Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through multi-channel contact streams, including calls, email, post, web chat, and social media.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues through to the end solution.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Services Team to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform service improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience working in social housing and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
