Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of care workers to deliver person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams within the social care sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards, with a focus on person-centred care.
