Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our domiciliary care service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
