Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Ensure that all care workers are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
