Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of care workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, their families, and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams within the social care sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards, with a focus on person-centred care.
