About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Programming and Partnerships Officer. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering a programme of events and activities that engage with diverse audiences and build strong partnerships with local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a programme of events and activities that meet the needs of our diverse audiences
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local community groups and organizations
  • Lead on activities and projects that are delivered in partnership with these organizations
  • Work closely with the Senior Programming and Partnership Manager to develop and deliver the overall programme strategy
  • Manage budgets and supervise volunteers
Requirements
  • Experience in running events and activities, and/or working with community partners
  • Familiarity with audiences in the areas of heritage, culture, arts and the natural environment
  • Ability to measure and assess results, and show their impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
