Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist with financial operations, ensuring accurate income and debtor tracking.
- Extract daily banking statements, create reports, and post receipts as instructed.
- Perform banking duties, including transfers, reconciliations, and updating spreadsheets.
- Run an overdrawn accounts check daily and liaise with colleagues, clients, and corporate banking contacts.
- Manage general administrative tasks.

- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Good numeracy skills and IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
