About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives and implementing company policies
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities as required
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
