Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at Ed Cornwell. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of bar staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service in our pub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities as required
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
