Join The Spitfire Team as a Bar Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Team Leader to join our team at The Spitfire, West Malling. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the bar team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales.
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the pub.
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities as required.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of stock control and inventory.
