At Shepherd Neame, we're on the lookout for a part-time Bar Team Leader with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our team. The Spitfire is a contemporary pub that forms part of the 650-acre West Malling King's Hill business and residential park. Our pub stands on the former Battle of Britain RAF West Malling base. Outside, there's a lush green garden with ample seating for living the alfresco lifestyle. We enjoy a great reputation for our food, with dishes freshly prepared on the premises from local, seasonal produce, and enjoyed in spacious, stylish dining areas on both floors.

As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you supporting the management team, undertaking duty manager shifts and responsibilities, and leading and developing our team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers at every opportunity.

Whether you're a seasoned hospitality professional or just starting out, we can train you and teach you everything else you'll need to know.
