About the Opportunity

This exciting role offers a unique chance to develop and implement strategic project plans, overseeing the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

  1. Develop and manage project elements, working closely with senior team members to achieve project objectives.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to identify project scope, develop tender documents, and conduct analysis.
  3. Contribute to utility diversions and new connections, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  4. Support statutory operator projects, engaging with stakeholders and clients throughout the process.
  5. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, working closely with utility companies and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or design, with expertise in civil/electrical engineering and design management.
  • Proven track record of delivering utility sector projects, working effectively with diverse stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with ECC NEC3 contracts and NRSWA for diversionary works.
  • Strong project planning, programme management, budgeting, and risk assessment skills.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel regularly to project sites and client offices.
Education:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. civil engineering, electrical engineering).
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent project management qualification.

Estimated Salary: Up to £50K per year.
