Support Worker for Early Years Services

East Dunbartonshire Council is committed to providing a high-quality early years service for children and families. We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team to provide children with a range of appropriate experiences and learning opportunities suitable for their age and stage of development within the context of local and national curriculum guidance and care standards.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, articulate, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and be willing to undertake a qualification relevant to the SSSC requirements.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
As a member of our team, you will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme check prior to confirmation of employment. This will include a payment deduction from your first salary payment.
