HR Generalist Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team as a Senior Local HR Partner. This role will provide effective HR support to our client group, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing payroll topics, UK employment law, and talent management processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to develop their skills and expertise in multiple areas of HR, working closely with the UK HR team and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to client groups, including employee onboarding, leaver processes, and flexible working arrangements
- Manage complex employee relations topics, such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence
- Prepare documentation and data for the Payroll team, including new starters, leavers, and contractual changes
- Support the annual compensation review and talent management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 desirable)
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, with knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Strong business acumen, customer service orientation, and initiative
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
