**Main duties of the job**:

- ** HR Program Development**: Collaborate with our dynamic HR team to craft, implement, and elevate HR programs, policies, and procedures that resonate with our values.
- ** Recruitment and Selection**: Play an active role in our talent acquisition process. This includes everything from posting job openings to conducting interviews and ensuring seamless onboarding while staying compliant.
- ** Employee Engagement**: Develop and enhance employee engagement strategies through initiatives such as improving onboarding experiences and fostering a vibrant workplace culture.
- ** Compliance Management**: Maintain meticulously accurate records of all HR actions, sanctions, and case-related documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- ** Expert Guidance**: Provide seasoned HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees across a spectrum of HR domains including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Collaborate hand-in-hand with our HR leadership to align our HR strategies with our company's overarching goals and objectives.
- ** Organisational Changes**: Support the business in navigating organisational changes, be it individual consultations or collective efforts resulting in outcomes such as redundancy or TUPE.
- ** Stakeholder Relationships**: Cultivate robust working relationships with senior managers to intimately understand business priorities and align HR strategies.
- ** Policy Implementation**: Develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with legal stipulations and in harmony with our organisational objectives.
- ** Resolution & Enhancement**: Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
- ** Training & Development**: Collaborate with various departments to design and deliver impactful training and development programs, fostering employee growth and skill augmentation.
- ** Benefits & Leave Management**: Oversee benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.
- ** Employee Compensation**: Provide guidance to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- ** Engagement & Well-being**: Lead efforts in employee engagement, creating a positive culture, nurturing well-being, and fostering talent development.
- ** Diversity & Inclusion**: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion, cultivating a richly diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment.
- ** Cross-functional Synergy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and seamless interaction across departments.
- ** Legal Adherence**: Keep abreast of evolving laws and regulations to ensure our HR practices remain compliant.
- ** Metrics & Insights**: Compile and analyse HR metrics to generate insights, fostering continuous improvement. Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for board reporting purposes.
- ** Safety & Well-being**: Partner with relevant departments to champion a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- ** Project Leadership**: Contribute to and lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.
- ** Data Protection Support**: Support the GDPR Lead in maintaining a robust data protection framework, ensuring responsible handling of personal data in accordance with legal requirements.
- ** Accreditations & Awards**: Take the lead in achieving relevant accreditations and industry awards, showcasing our commitment to excellence.

Working for your organisation

**Where you’ll be working**:
Your location will be at head Office - Northern Healthcare, Barton Hall, Eccles. The role will require site cover as well as remote working.

Monday to Friday 8am -4pm OR 9am-5pm (flexible remote working).
