Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Performance and Planning team. As a key member of our Commercial Enablement team, you will play a critical role in empowering our colleagues and improving their commercial understanding to better serve our customers effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain Tableau performance reporting suites for Commercial teams
  • Partner with commercial teams to implement relevant KPIs and measures
  • Use reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive change
  • Prepare and present data insights to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and improve data sources to enable faster, more automated reporting
  • Provide ad hoc analytics support to the function on data analysis, reporting, and performance

Requirements

You will have a number of years' experience in a commercial analyst or data analyst role, with a strong track record of delivering data management, data analysis, insight, and reporting solutions. You will be an expert in Tableau or equivalent data visualization software, with a high level of ability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be output-focused, with a growth mindset and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. Any knowledge of SQL would be beneficial.
