Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to join our Performance and Planning team, which plays a crucial role in empowering our commercial functions to better serve our customers and drive positive change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance business intelligence reporting suites for commercial teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring commercial performance and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data sources and ensure data quality.
  • Provide ad hoc analytics support to commercial teams to address business needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial or data analyst role, with a focus on performance management and business intelligence. Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously are key qualities we are looking for.
