Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Performance and Planning team. As a key member of our Commercial Enablement team, you'll play a critical role in empowering our colleagues and improving their commercial understanding to better serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain performance reporting suites for Commercial teams using Tableau.
  • Partner with commercial teams to implement relevant KPIs and measures that reflect overall performance.
  • Use reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive change in Commercial strategies.
  • Prepare and present data insights to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve data sources to enable faster, more automated reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics support to the function on data analysis, reporting, and performance.

Requirements

You'll need a strong background in commercial analysis, data management, and performance management. Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Excel is essential, as is the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver data insights in a compelling format.
