Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Performance and Planning team. As a key member of our Commercial Enablement team, you'll play a critical role in empowering our colleagues and improving their commercial understanding to better serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau performance reporting suites for Commercial teams
  • Partner with commercial teams to implement a suite of relevant KPIs and measures that reflect overall performance
  • Use reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement, course corrections, or further iterations in Commercial strategies
  • Prepare and present data insights to senior stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and improve data sources to enable faster, more automated reporting, working with our Data Engineering team
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics support to the function on data analysis, reporting, and performance

Requirements

You'll need a strong background in commercial analysis, data management, and performance management, with experience working with customer-facing teams. You should be proficient in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, and have a growth mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
