About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our newly-established Performance team at Cambridge University Hospitals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the team to effectively use, share and provide access to timely and understandable data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, transformation and quality improvement, with experience in working with patient administration systems and reporting tools. They will also have excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to design and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

As a key member of the Performance team, the Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify data problems and develop solutions to improve data quality and availability. They will also have the opportunity to work on time-limited programmes and projects, using their expertise to drive business improvement and innovation.
