Job Title: Contract Administrator

Nexgen Group, a leading provider of Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services to the Social Housing sector, is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team in West Byfleet.

About the Role:

This is a client service-focused position that requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and the Scheduling and Dispatch team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the program of works schedule and ad hoc work requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for client service enquiries and work requests, including bulk waste collections, ad hoc work, and sub-contracted work.
  • Manage inbound client communications, categorizing and logging enquiries using CRM software, and working with Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the handling of service-related issues, including managing complaints and escalating issues to Client Account management and Operations management.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience of a digital-enabled helpdesk, internal service desk, or call centre experience
  • Experience of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Field Service module
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft operating systems and software packages (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire to learn and develop with the role and the organization
  • Previous experience in a demanding customer/client service role
  • Previous involvement in contract or client mobilizations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
