About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational matters relating to plant and equipment maintenance on our site.

The Plant and Equipment Specialist will be the engineering operational lead for our client's campus, working closely with contract managers and clients to ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning work for the team and allocating tasks
  • Quality checks and ensuring team members have PDPs in place
  • Deputising for the Technical Operations Manager as directed
  • Providing guidance and advice on contractors' RAMS
  • Carrying out assessments of contractors' competencies

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
