About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Equipment Operator Professional to join our team in the Cambridge/East Anglia area. As a key member of our Arb Utility Inland Waterway division, you will play a vital role in supporting our work across a wide range of sites Nationally.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operating plant and equipment, with a strong background in waterways or construction. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation, including Health and Safety at Work LOLER COSHH, and will operate plant or equipment as trained and competent to use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, including Health and Safety at Work LOLER COSHH
  • Operate plant or equipment as trained and competent to use, including specialized attachments
  • Complete routine maintenance and lubrication of equipment
  • Report damage to equipment and maintain clean and tidy working environment
  • Assist in the scoping of works and preparation of method statements and risk assessments
