Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at New Appointments Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Chairman/MD, including scheduling, email management, and travel coordination.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and contacts databases.
- Organize team communications, plan events, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Utilize exceptional organizational and diary management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Flawless telephone manner and ability to communicate with senior management and colleagues.
- Valid UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
